Shipping We will ship all in-stock items within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please allow 7-10 business days to recieve items via UPS ground. You may choose an overnight, 2nd or 3rd day option, but please remember that items may not ship the day they are ordered. If you need to guarantee express service please call us. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or internationally. If you need to ship to one of these, please call us directly at 800-319-6246. If we are out of an item, we will send an email to let you know. Orders will not ship, and your credit card will not be charged until we hear back from you. For faster service, please be sure to include your telephone number. Clearance Merchandise Merchandise purchased from our "Clearance" section are FINAL SALE. These items may not be returned or exchanged. Exchanges and Returns We are happy to refund or exchange most unused products. If you are returning merchandise, please be sure to include the invoice. Returns may not be accepted for items that have been removed from their original packaging or that tags have been removed from...need to be in their original condition.
